90 million member offer + Hotbuys

First off, part of the 90 million member celebration is that we get half of our money back when we spend $90 so we'll get $45 back.

Next, the new Hotbuys top came out & it's $12. I'm not too impressed by it...and it's not worth $12 in my opinion :P
